Fred found our very first house in the mid-1990s. Fast forward 26 years, and we thought about him when it was time for us to sell that house and find a bigger house. Fred is a true professional: very responsive, intimately knowledgeable with the mid-peninsula area, and extremely helpful and attentive. He helped us prepare the house for the market, and after a week, we had 7 offers on the table. We ultimately sold for 20% over the asking price. He worked hard finding us a new house and selling our old house. We couldn't have asked for more, and we highly recommend him!
